Bridget completed her 200 hour yoga certification 2015 and specializes in yin yoga. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and is an ACE certified personal trainer. Bridget believes each body is unique and deserves a customized practice and wellness routine. She is dedicated to helping her students and clients develop “Life Practices” that address and encompass all aspects of health and wellness, deepening the mind-body-spirit connection. Her approach focuses on finding what works best for each person. Bridget does not subscribe to the “one-size fits most” methodology or the “no pain, no gain” approach. She embraces the individuality and uniqueness of each person and strives to create awareness for honoring the body. Bridget is an eternal student who loves learning and sharing new methods and knowledge with her students. She is currently continuing her education in yoga and health and wellness.
Bridget is adept in the world of social media, specializing in managing the online presence for multiple national companies. She enjoys engaging in digital media and is continually developing her skills and involvement. Bridget has a love for theater and the arts and is active in community theater.
