Application and Contract Submission
Is it possible to share a vendor table with another business/organization?
Vendor tables can be shared, as long as both company names are listed on the vendor application and maximum of two representatives at one table.
When will I be notified if my application has been accepted?
We will notify you via email when your application has been received. If your application is placed on a waiting list, you will be given a specific date when you will be notified of confirmation or decline. This allows MYOF to appropriately fill vendor categories (clothes, jewelry, nutrition, yoga props, etc) without saturation of any one category.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal
What is your cancellation policy?
MYOF understands that unexpected emergencies may arise. All cancellation notices must be sent by email to myof@relaxlivewell.com by November 1, 2019. If the space can be filled by another vendor, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged and a refund of the balance will be given. If the space is NOT able to be filled, no refund will be given. No refunds for cancellations will be given after November 1, 2019.

Vendor Space
How big is the vendor space?
Each vendor space includes a 6 foot table with two chairs. Each vendor space will be approximately 10 feet wide by up to 10 feet deep.
Will the vendor area be in a location that is easy for attendees to find?
Yes, the marketplace is located in a large room (that will be locked overnight) close by the presenter rooms that will ensure high traffic flow and visibility.
Will I be able to set up my space late or dismantle my space early if I have a schedule conflict?
All vendors are expected to be set up on either Thursday November 14th between 3-8pm or by 8:30am on Friday November 15th and stay for the duration of the festival - including the closing ceremony - through Sunday 2:15pm.
How many representatives will be allowed to oversee a vendor space?
Up to 2 representatives can oversee a vendor space at one time, and all reps must be listed on the vendor contract.
Do I get to choose the location of my vendor space?
MYOF will assign vendor spaces. All vendor spaces will be located in an area that promotes traffic flow and high visibility.
I am selling clothing at my vendor space. Is there a place for people to try on clothes?
There are restrooms, with full length mirrors, on the same floor as the vendor area where people can try on clothing. Feel free to bring your own full length mirror as well.
Will my booth space include Wi-Fi and electricity?
Yes

As a vendor, you have the option to purchase a full festival pass at a reduced rate with your booth ($525). If you choose this option, you will be issued a discount code to register online.
Is lunch available?
Yes, vendors are eligible to purchase lunch on Friday and Saturday for $15 per day (please register beforehand for lunch).
As a vendor, am I eligible for the discounted room rates?
Yes, vendors at the conference are eligible for the discounted room rates, from November 14th-16th, as long as there are rooms available. We encourage you to reserve rooms early, as space is limited.
What are the demographics of attendees at the conference?
Most attendees are yoga teachers, yoga students and yoga studio and yoga school owners from across the Midwest. We also have a family track on Saturday with specific sessions for children.
