She has provided mental health services since 2010 in chronic illness and brain injury rehabilitation, neuropsychology, community mental health, and private practice. Laura’s approach to yoga teaching is accessible, body positive, and trauma-informed. She teaches in a way that opens the practice to everyone regardless of body type or ability/skill level and she enjoys helping people find freedom and joy in their own bodies.
